    Default Icon - Corrupt?

After I use Universal Theme Patcher, my default icon in my imageres.dll becomes corrupt or messes up in some way. As you can see in the photo below, It's a blank Page Icon, with something on it. If I'm right that Icon means that the icon is corrupt. I've also tried Brink's tutorial Icon Cache - Rebuild, it didn't work.

Btw: I got the "Open File - Security Warning" photo off Google.

If you think you have a corrupt imageres.dll do Option 2 of this tutorial SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker it will not harm any data or programs you have installed it will try to find and repair any corrupt system files that you have. You may need to to this up to three times with a reboot after each scan.
This will also undo what the Universal Theme Patcher does so you will need to re-patch.
Then you may need to Icon Cache - Rebuild again.

But if I do SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker and then if it fixes, I'll have to use Universal Theme Patcher (like said). Which is the cause of why it messes up. ):

You can use this to Enabling custom themes it's a service not a patch.

Is there any difference between what you just provided and UTP itself?

No they both are used to Enabling custom themes. I like using UxStyle because there is no patching and if you run the sfc /scannow it will not undo it.

Download icons in the download window are still showing up as image one instead of image two.

    Any reason why?

I am out of ideas, all I can think of is a Repair Install or a clean install, not sure it worth it just for that 1 icon.
