    Welcome to the Seven Forums

Could be heat, have you ever removed the bottom cover and cleaned it with canned air.

You can try to spot errors with Event Viewer.

Open the Start Menu, and copy eventvwr.msc in the search box and press enter.
If prompted by UAC, then click on Yes.
In the left pane of Event Viewer, double click on Windows Logs to expand it, then right click on System and check for errors (see screenshot). If no related errors will be in System, please check Application section.

Please post description of errors occurred within the described time of sudden shutdown.

If you google your model to clean up dust, etc. you may find a video for it or a similar version, similar to this:

It may onlly be necessary to open some of the doors on back to blow dust out of the vents.

Be sure to take all precautions to not touch any electronics or mobo without grounding yourself first by touching or holding metal parts on the case frame. Don't work on carpet. Don't drop screws and keep them organized. You want to blow dust OUT and not into the case.

You can check your temps using Speedfan.
