I have on my PC Windows 7 Ultimate x64, and when I make uploade my computer freeze and I have to push the restart button. After I install Windows 8 this problem disapear. I like Windows 7 but now my computer freeze again. What is the problem ??? Please help becouse I have this problem for a long time and no pc service from my city know what to do.
would you describe your problem with win7 more.. what are you doing while getting freeze?
you should put the snapshot of your task manager and the process running in your computer with start up.

After I download a torrent and i make uploade my pc freeze, just freeze and i have to restart by pressing the restart button. If I blocked the uploade my problem is solved, but i don't want to blocked the uploade. I change uttorrent , bitorrent I reinstal windows and nothing change. Only when I install windows 8 my problem is solved completly
disable your firewall and windows defender. they block the upload link to these sites and make your computer freeze.
what is your antivirus?
disable that too, disable nod firewall and real time protection and web access protection while uploading your files
