    click onto non active window without having to activate first

    Example

    I have an MS word window open and i have an ms excel window open.

    My active window is word

    when i switch to excel and click on a macro button i have to click twice

    once to activate excel

    twice to press the macro button

    is it possible to make all windows always "active"?

    Thanks,

    Focus follows mouse is about the closest you can get, as far as I know;

    Mouse Hover Makes Window Active - Enable
