i noticed that when PC will go off by auto shutdown at a certain time and power is still on it keeps time, but when i switch of PC manually and turn of electricity ,then in the morning time is changed as i said.
Then the battery that is on the motherboard is bad (even if it is new).
I have seen a couple of times where the power button has a partial power short to ground draining the battery.
Set you time and shut down the computer correctly using the operating system. Remove the wires from the switch to the motherboard.
Tomorrow hook the wires up and boot. See if the time is still correct. If the time is still correct you have a bad switch or harness or the harness connection at the motherboard. (two wires touching each other at the motherboard.)
Owning a volt/ohm meter is nice...
...knowing how to use it is priceless
edit: I'm not saying anything against the OP. I'm suggesting that if the OP knows how to use a meter, that could help out here. Measure the battery (if you have a digital meter). Check for shorts (if you have an ohm meter). But Layback Bear has outlined a good (free) method to check this out.
