Are all of your Important and Optional Windows Updates installed after enabling Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3)? There may be a newer display driver. Check also the Asus Support Downloads webpage for your model.

Then work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

Okay ill do that and get back to you. Upon looking my graphics card does have an updat through windows updat so i will check them out and run malware. My firewall is on and i run microsoft sec essentials so i hope this can fix my issue. Any suggestions on maybe scanning the registry. Other then ccleaner

Absolutely not. Only CCleaner is safe to scan the registry. All others will mess it up.

Run a full scan with Malwarebytes. In addition I'd run SUPERAntiSpyware.com - Downloads which really roots out the spyware that can take over. After install run a full scan then Clean Up anything it finds, uninstall it or turn it off starting with windows by unchecking all the boxes in preferences.

Establish a Clean Boot as given in the Troubleshooting Steps you should already be working through.

Make sure nothing except Flash, .pdf helper, WMP or QT player plug-in is in your browser add-ons.

Work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 starting with the hardware tests.

Try unplugging a/c adapter and battery, hold power button for 30 seconds, plug back in only a/c adapter to test how it runs then. Then plug back in battery and try only it w/o the a/c adapter.

If you'd even bothered to look at the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 you'd have seen it offers as a last resort the option to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 with the installer provided for your licensed version to run Reinstall, Repair Install or Startup Repairs.
