tried that, didnt help anything
there aren't any drivers for it, just the owner's manual :/
Is there nothing on their website relating to drivers for that external monitor.
Other option if windows update is set to get updates for windows and other products from microsoft update there may be an updated driver it may find for your monitor.
yeah ive tried all that. i would seriously pay someone $30 if i could get this thing fixed. it's so annoying

Please open up catalyst control centre and go to:
My Digital Flat panels click on Properties:
Set scrren refresh rate to 60Hertz for vga or 75Hertz for an HDMI connection to monitor and click apply
Go to Scaling Options(Digital Flat Panel) see attachment below:
Under Scaling Options move slider to 0% Overscan
Place a checkmark against Use the scaling values...
Click Apply.
Restart computer.
The catalyst control centre is normally installed when you download the ati driver for your card from their website if you have not got a driver from their website i suggest you download the driver and allow the catalyst control centre and manager be installed as well.
If you have installed a driver from windows update it may not contain the relevant files for ccc.
