Need to make Installation disk of Win 7 recovery partition

Just bought new Refurbished Asus K55A-BBL4 laptop from Newegg, came with Win 7 Home Pre installed. No install disks, no manual just letter telling me to protect customer data entire drive was wiped clean including Recovery partition. Checked disk management it shows all 4 primary partitions used: 200mb (boot), 169gb (C drive), 281gb (D drive), 16.5gb Recovery partition. I tried F9 when booting (nothing) just boots into OS. This setup is completely useless to me.
Called Asus ($50.) for install disk they said call Microsoft, call Microsoft ($99. new disk) they said call Asus, I've already paid for Win 7 once and i'll be damned if I pay for it again. Typical corporation bullshit.
What I want to do is install Win 7 on 1st part, 2nd (shared NTFS part), Ubuntu on logical partitions.

Can anyone tell me how to get Win 7 installed like above example.
The laptop is factory default now I haven't done anything but look.

So use the install disc you said you already paid for if it`s the correct version and use the Key from the COA.

    If not Use this tutorial.

Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

If you want it set up like it was from the factory, then you would have to order the factory recovery discs, but why in the world would you want to do that ?

When I said I had paid for it once I was referring to buying a laptop with win 7 installed. I didn't receive a disk of any kind or manuel & a letter saying they wiped the recovery partition. So as long as I never get a blue screen of death I'll be okay I guess.
Thanks for the link of clean reinstall, I'll give that a try on another hdd before I mess with the original.

If the Recovery partition won't run from the OS, from boot or to generate your Recovery disk, then it's worthless. It also reinstalls the factory bloatware which is an inferior install that throttles Win7 native performance.

So what I would do is run the Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 , deleting all partitions using the Custom install Drive Options shown in Steps 6/7 of Clean Install Windows 7.

Once it's set up and running perfectly, save a Win7 backup image externally or to another HD to use in place of Recovery or future reinstall.

I downloaded Win 7 iso, burnt it to dvd, installed on extra hdd. Everything looks good at this moment.
Downloaded all drivers from here ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download A55A
more than I think is necessary but not sure.
Everything in the Device Manager is clean but not sure if any other drivers are needed to make the laptop run as designed.
If someone could look at the link above in the Utilities folder, would there be any harm in installing all those drivers. This is my first laptop and don't know what I need for drivers

Thanks AddRAM and gregrocker for your help. Never knew there was a Win 7 iso, I've always had an original install disk.
