Please consult with your device manufacturer for assistance getting this device installed.

    Bluetooth Hands-free Audio
    Bluetooth L2CAP Interface
    Bluetooth Remote Control
You wish to use these drivers on your PC? Yes or No?

Follow option two here to automatically install drivers via Windows Updates: Device Installation Settings

Go to Start>All Programs>Windows Updates, set it to update Automatically. then run Check for Updates, install all Important and Optional Updates. Were drivers installed? Reboot PC.

Next type Device Manager in Start Search box, on View tab Show Hidden Devices. Look for Devices that are without their drivers. If you plan to use them, doubleclick, choose Drive tab, then Update Driver automatically. Do this for each driver which is needed.

If you know you don't want to use any of these devices, on Driver tab, Disable the device.

If drivers cannot be installed automatically, go to the Support Downloads webpage for your model PC or Device missing its driver, download and install the driver.

If you have a problem determining the exact make/model of the Device due to inadequate information provided in Device Manager or your PC specs, trace this information using Hardware Identification.

Let us know if you have any questions to get this done.
