Administrative User Locked, how do I fix?

My administrative user has been locked since I got it back from a recent repair, and I have little acess to my administrative tools. How do I unlock my user again?

Why is it locked.... what things did you do to become locked?
do you have other admin accounts on machine?

Is it 32 bits or 64 bits windows?

    Open an Elevated Command Prompt.

Type net user Administrator /active:yes and press Enter.

To open an elevated command prompt, you will have to provide the Administrator password.

If you find that won't work, that implies that the folks who "repaired" your PC changed the Admin password -- and you need to call them and raise a major stink with them because they had no right to do that!
