Ok here we go again
According to that your pc is fine, and the other shot shows you 2 problems.
Don`t you have a good ethernet cord you can use ?
Why is windows showing not genuine, is it activated, how long has that been showing ? Is that when the problem started ?
I did a repair install a day ago and windows wants to verify the authenticity but it can't because the pc can not connect to the internet.
I have used a brand new cat5 ethernet cord but windows fails to connect. It says a cord is unplugged. I un-installed my internet security software also, but that wasn't the issue.
Please read: wired or wireless, windows fails to connect to the network. the new tp-link pci-e card is trying to connect but windows doesn't let it do it. I have plugged a brand new ehternet cable directly from the router to the pc but windows doesn't see it. the onboard LAN controller is grayed out and with and red X. I have used an usb adapter before, but windows doesn't let it connect anymore. i have un-installed, rollback, installed the drivers but that didn't fix the problem. I installed the chipset also, but that didn't fix the problem. I have tried different tips from this forums in different threads, but nothing has worked, yet, to fix the problem.
My windows 7 is genuine, but as you have noticed, i have no internet connection, so I can't activate it.
