fail to boot, welcome screen followed by black screen W/ mouse

it seems that the computer fails to boot somehow, the welcome screen shows up as usual, then stays there for a long time, then the screen turns black (not turned off, just back).

I am using two screens, and I can move the mouse from one screen to the other with no problem, Its like it started up as normal, except but the desktop and windows explorer did not start at all (at least thats how it looks like)

I read somewhere else from a guy with a similar problem

but I have tried to plan a check on c: (like described on the other forum page), it went well, but it gave me no results

also tried to boot from a windows 7 ultimate disk both on 32-bit and 64-bit, but it did not help

and lastly, when I start it up again, it gave me an option to scan the machine and repair it automatically, and that to failed.

I'm out of options here

One of the Forum experts prepared this troubleshooting tutorial for failure to start issues. Try doing each step in the order given rather than jumping around because each step builds on the previous step(s). The tutorial is time consuming but has helped many.

And if all else fails you can do a clean install. The first tutorial is if you have a self built machine and the second if you have a factory installed operating system.

okay I have looked into all of the step options (except the last one because its not factory installed), and on the "Clean Install Windows 7" option I had to run the CD, then press any key, and it should send me to an option screen for reinstall or repair or something, but that window never show up, it's just the standard windows wallpaper.

Yes I am sure that I am running using a DVD, to be exact, I am running an 64-bit DVD,

But anyways, yeah, when I use it, I open to boot menu (choosing the boot from CD/DVD) and it says "press any key to boot from DVD" and when I do, it starts to load some files (large white loading bar) and then it gives me the windows wallpaper w/ a mouse

Can you boot succesfully to safe mode? If not tell me what happens

normal boot: On black screen with mouse pointer- pressing ctrl/alt/del works? Select taskmanager there and run explorer.exe

yes I can boot to safe mode, and I have tried to scan with Malwarebytes.

I tired to press ctrl/alt/del, and ctrl/shift/esc, it did not work

yes I am using an windows 7 ultimate install DVD, and it looks just like step 3, just without the option window.

I am very sure the DVD is fine, it have not been used by anyone but me, and this is the first time i'm using it since I installed it.
