    Default keyboard

I run Win 7 and added Dutch so now a lot is in dutch (help excluded).
Allas the keyboard is changed to dutch.
Tried to remove that keyboard, no luck.
How do I tell Win Seven that my default keyboard is USA international.

In Region it is the first keyboard, but if for instance I go to CMD, it is changed to Dutch. I can ofcourse klik on the keyboard icon and set it back to USA.
But I would like Windows Seven to forget the dutch keyboard, I do not have one.

    Thanks for the reply,
Since I changed my language to Dutch Windows Seven found nothing on "keyboard language".
I found it in Control panel, Region,Keyboard, change keyboard.
    In Dutch:
    Configuratiescherm,Land en Taal,toesenborden en talen,Toesenborden wijzigen.

I apologise for being to hasty.

This is a screen dump where my cursor points at the right combination.

    It is Ultimate.
I can add that after selecting the correct combination I was able to remove the dutch keyboard.
