    WMIPRVSE.exe issue and warning

I am just doing a clean up of my computer before doing a complete back up and received a warning from the Antivirus program that is on my lap top.

I have attached a screen dump and I am enquiring as to whether I should alter any settings so I do not corrupt anything.

    Thank you

    Silly question perhaps

I would ignore the Norton crapware message. If you are planning to stick with this install I'd replace Norton with Microsoft Security Essentials but you must use the Norton Removal Tool to fully uninstall it since it's like a horrible infection.

These issues are all solved with the Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 . This will result in an entirely new Win7 unburdened by the preinstalled bloat and duplicate utilities.

Thank you - I will start that Clean Install as you suggested.

Please know that I am appreciative of all your assistance and my apologies for not closing cases - on to it now.

    You do some great work.

Just be sure to follow the steps carefully. It concerns me you haven't asked back any questions to get the details sorted.

I also offered to connect to set up your install and optimize it perfectly to which you never replied. I want to help you make sure its perfect and stays that way.

I have been very ill with a virus.

I am sorry, but I have been ordered strict rest and no stress. I have been stressing out a bit too much about the data loss.

I am just finishing the back ups - in three locations - just in case.

I am so sorry that you have been so nice as to offer such kindness. I may have caused the issue myself and I am glad to receive some assistance.

I know that the for the clean install that I will listen to everything your forum says.

I have had assistance with write protected disks and everything on here.

    Thank you

This is the Start Up text file that I just adjusted.

I will try and get this done as soon as possible and close all jobs
