    sfc /scannow cant solve corrupted files


    sfc /scannow can't fix my corrupted files how can i solve it ? this is the error file as attach

    Well if you`ve got a lot of corrupted files and you`re not happy with windows, it`s time to reinstall.

    If that`s something you think you are capable of doing, think it over and we will be glad to help you. :)

    i just reinstall it. i think because of this issue. i unable to backup my files through acronis that why i need it to be fix. when i trying to backup half way it fail with error code 0x5900001

    Just backup your files manaually, just copy and paste. What did you use for a reinstall ? And how did you do it ?

    Or is your 1st statemant " I just reinstall it " a question ? Please clarify.

    I use windows 7 to reinstall the entire os. possible for me to backup so that in event there any failure i just recover from that. it will save me alot of time. if i do that.

    Just use windows built in imaging, it works perfectly. If you need help with that in the future, just let us know. You should be backing up all your data on another source. Another partition, another hard drive, an external hard drive, a flash drive, dvd`s, cd`s etc.

    How are you getting these corrupted files ???
    now i got this error with windows backup the code is 0x80070002
