    Nope! When I try to send something it says... Bluetooth radio unavailable. Please make the bluetooth radio available and try again! Oh dear lord I am about to chuck a laptop out the window!

    Can you post a screencapture image of your Device Manager screen showing your bluetooth adapter?

    Let me explain... I do work on the laptop and then send it to my blackberry via wireless bluetooth. This then enables me to email it from my phone. It just keeps on saying bluetooth radio unavailable!

    Just a shot in the dark.

    Check whether the Blutooth Support Service is enabled.

    1. Start -> Run
    2. Type in services.msc, press ENTER
    3. Scroll to Bluetooth Support Service, and set the Startup type Automatic.

    4. Also check the dependencies.
    5. If you have made changes, close Services dialog box and reboot.
