Its a little play on words when Windows XP was still big registry cleaners and tweakers and PC tune up utilities worked great. But Windows 7 has no need of these things and often times the end up doing irreparable damage to the OS.

Almost all of the tweaking in XP and early VIsta was done to claw back performance that was sapped by too many services being set to Automatic and running the background so that they'd be ready to go. This was death to low resource PC's.
Win7 solved this by developing Fast Triggers so that most services not needed at the moment could be set to Manual. This genius improvement makes Win7 featherlight, and was quickly slipstreamed into Vista SP1 to save that OS any further ignominy. Vista is now a tolerable OS.
So Win7 needs no tweaking beyond normal system settings, CCleaner to be tidy, or perhaps with low resources editing Visual Effects of animation, sliding, fading, dragging intact and selection rectangle as shown in Optimize Windows 7 - Windows 7 Forums

Oh i see, Ive never had any issuse with CCLeaner or advance system care hmmmm Ive had themn here for more then a year. Im sure there not the cause I can Delete the Partition, Re-create and format then RE- install the operating system but id hate to loose most of the programs in here, Over something that may be easily fixed. I came up with some Windows Home Services error and one of the errors read that my Windows Home service time and date does not match the systems time and date but i have no knowledge on how to pull up the home service nore set the date as that may be casing a problem.
I have another question, what is Boot from last good config,Boot Defrag, and Start windows normally doing to temporarily fix the issue and allow the pc to boot like nothing ever happened? I have done this when the issue started and at times able to go in with no issues what so ever

Ok i will uninstall the Advance System care as you suggested, I'm still trying to figure out how can i get the Windows Home Service time and date to match my systems date as one of the errors implied that it dint match along with other errors that focuses more on Windows Home services.
UpNp error-connection errors all may be based on this Windows Home service clock problem. Im sorry if this is a dum question as i have no knowledge when it comes to Windows Home service and don't even know how to pull it up as i dint see it any-ware not even on the task-bar.

Please start at the top of the thread and work through all steps given, reporting back results so we know what you've done already. There is no report back on about half the steps given.
You would save time by doing the Clean Reinstall, have a much better OS and the tools and methods to keep it that way.

Ok ill start from scratch no problem As far as the very first step i have ran the Programs you guys sugested so thats out of the way I just ran crystal disk info and will post a screenshot on the results to get that out of the way and i following instructions as well But to be in the same page i will postscreenshots on what was done so far so we can put a check on them and mark it as completed

Clean Startup Check (Using Safemode and MSConfig) Done Problem Still occurs
Safemode works fine.
Windows Defender Done (But realize i did not run the Offline method as you instructed that was my fault will be burning the ISO image to a disk today and Re run on boot.
TSDDKILLER Done (No threats found)
SFC /SCANNOW Command. Done During windows and offline on boot using the Win 7 DVD Just ran it this morning From the DVD Drive command promt and Not the C: Like i did in the video by mistake (Sorry about that lol)and still get this message Pending repair please reboot and run SFC again wich i have also done but no luck

Ok Gar - please take this the way it is given - to help you resolve the issues on your system.
Your system is obviously compromised. How or why is not as important as resolving the issue.
The most assured way is a Clean install - that of course has it's consequences (need to reinstall drivers and beloved programs, bring Windows up-to-date, configuring your apps...). This approach has many advantages as well if the tutorial is followed step by step.
- Your system is clean - no rootkits, no viruses, no corruption, good disks, etc
- Your system is up-to-date, hardware drivers, applications, games, whatever you like to have on your system
- The Registry is optimized since you haven't installed/uninstalled/updated a lot of things (other than Windows Update)
- Most times a fresh install provides a performance boost.
- make a backup of your important data
- have your network drivers on external media (I download all drivers from the mfgr support site before a re-install, just so I have them accessible)
- Find any install disks for applications you paid for, most apps I use are free or open source, but I'm not a gamer.
- -> they're probably outdated, but you'll need the license to update.
- DO NOT install any crap - no tweakers, no registry optimizers. Get a base system and add what you need when you need it. If you rarely play a game or use an application, then leave it off.
People are great here and they will spend their time if you follow their advice - to the letter. Wandering off into other forums, trying things that were not suggested here, or not providing feedback is a sure way to not get continued help from a member. Please try to focus on one post at a time, post the results and any other information requested - that will simplify your task and it makes it much easier to troubleshoot.
Now that I'm off my soapbox.......
Decide if you want to spend more time on the issue or if you accept that a clean install will fix all of the issues on your machine. As I read through this thread, I see that you have a few questions that divert attention from the issue. You might want to post new threads for those questions and keep dogging this issue here on this thread.
From your last screen shot (Win7 install disk - Repair) - did that fix the issue in this thread
