You are not running the commands from the DVD Command Line as I suggested in #28 and you said you would do in response. Then you make a video to show us that you hadn't done what you just acknowledged you would do.

    Please follow Greg's excellent advice.

Just a note here-in your video you mention Advanced System Care. This should be removed to eliminate a possible cause of corruption. Most "tune up" applications cause more harm than fixes to a system

Just had my coffee and before I start over and work my way through the tutorial I decided to run a quick startup repair scan using the windows 7 disk and did get something worth mentioning I will post a screenshot showing the results.

    Here is the screenshot

The tweaking suite referred to above likely ruined your OS. What I would do if Startup Repair or SFC /SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot cannot repair the files after running each several times, is to follow these steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall, deleting all partitions during install.

If you stick with the tools and methods given then you'll keep a perfect install. You could already have it done in the time you've spent trying to repair the OS you ruined with the XPired-era tweaking which Win7 will not tolerate.
