    Learning HTML5 & CSS

I give up trying to learn HTML5 and CSS3. I've been struggling with it for quite some time and tonight I was ready to through my computer on the floor. That's how frustrated I was. Several years ago I took a tutorial on HTML 4 and I created a pretty decent web page with it. But I can't get a handle on HTML5 and CCS. I went to W3School's on line tutorial which I can't understand and several others and have just about given up. Maybe I'm too old to learn (I'll be 82 next month) so maybe I should just give up. It seems that everything I've looked at so far seems to assume that one knows a little about CSS3. Maybe it's just me. I didn't have much of a problem with HTML4--but that's been quite some time ago and this is so mush different. But does anyone know of an online tutorial for someone like me? Thanks.

The "For Dummies" series of books is very good for getting started.

Check out this Google search: html5 for dummies

There is one for CSS3 also: css3 for dummies
