Ok, the only things with yellow triangle/!'s are Intel Centrino AdvancedN + WiMax 6250; Network Controller; PCI simple communications controller

I realize these maybe the issue. However, the only option i see that may remedy the situation, is "update drivers", but how can i do that without internet access.

Go to the manufacturers website and download them. Use the computer you`re using to talk to us.

Then put the drivers on a flashdrive if you`ve got 1.

Do you have another computer to download the drivers ?

    Support - Notebooks NP-R580E | Samsung Laptops

If you give me the exact model of your laptop I could locate the right drivers for you .

    Yes it is .

    Wireless LAN,INTEL (Driver) (ver.13.2.0.30)

    Network driver

    LAN (Driver) (ver.11.22.3.3)

    PCI simple communications controller

    HECI (Driver) (ver.6.0.0.1179)

Can you give me a screenshot of the PCI Simple Communications Controller properties ? Inside Device Manager . Right click on PCI Simple Communications controller then choose properties then click the Details tab and show me the Hardware Ids list under Property .
