How do I restore the proper user files folders?

How can I restore the folders that are created by default in the user directory (Music, Pictures, Videos, Downloads)? I had moved them to another drive separate from my actual boot drive with Windows 7 installed, but I accidently wiped the hard drive. Now the folders seem to be gone for good and I can't restore the original types of folders. If I create a new folder, I can't find the same icon as the originals, and the actual folder options in Properties are different as well, missing the "Locations" tab.

I might be able to recover the files from the wiped hard drive, but how do I recreate the default folders on my main boot drive?

If they don't work you may need to create another user account.
