Computer will reboot, but SOMETIMES (if it will) shutdown on admin.

    its intermittently shutting down. I'll do another scannow and that rootkit but I'm preety sure my desktops clean...

    nope. Its not working now. Even when network disabled. Used tdds killer, did another scannow, all poppwx up clean. Someone please help!

    I did one, just in read only. Said no kb of bad sectors or missing files.

    if this helps, I peeked around in event viewer and errors 7001 and 10005 are seen very often.

Hi, i have problem, when i push shutdown computer it shut down and after 2 seconds it turn on. What can be the problem? Hardware or system problem?
I lost my main user account, after rebooting machine, I did change a setting while in lusrmgr.... now the lost account shows the name but no full name and/or description in snapin. I am left with just a guest account in Homegroup Users. Any suggestions on how to reestablish the user account?:cry:

Hi I am having a strange issue and hard to diagnose the cause. I would use the pc and sometimes it would randomly shutdown unexpectedly then the pc would turn back on. This issue happens randomly and not often but randomly it would occur.

I've been trying to sort this out for 3 weeks now, new build shutdown initially during Empire Total War, rebooted (with safe-boot option etc.) and since then it shuts down randomly (usually in-game) and also graphics card fan to max with no output. Have run Prime95, 6 hours - no errors, swapped...
