I hope I catch you in time what reg cleaner are you using PC? The one in CC is fine as long as you save to documents before fixing but any other reg cleaners I wouldn't go anywhere near EVER.

Ok well done PC I thought this was going to be the outcome. Just as a matter of interest you do only have one dedicated (main) antivirus program on board?

If you have more than one then that can cause problems too - so if you do have more than one it would be to your advantage to pick the one you want and get rid of the rest. Now to do that if you didn't know - you need to use the specific removal tools for each program it is of little value to just delete / uninstall from Programs and Features.
If you are not sure post back and we can get you fixed up:)

Those scanners I sent you are all ok and can be run when you like but most folks run Malwarebytes from time to time or when the machine starts acting up.

Last thing - if you want a little more out of the machine mate take a breeze through this Optimize Windows 7[2]=Performance Maintenance < if you don't mind losing a bit of the "bling" like transparency for example you will get that bit extra performance and ease of use

PS Forgot those reg cleaners mate get rid of any bar CC:)
