    Acer Aspire Help?

OK, I'm not sure this is the right place but, here goes...
I turn on my Acer Aspire 5332. It flashes onto the Acer Aspire Screen, then says "Windows is loading files in a black and grey screen. Then, it turns Dark Grey, and goes no further. I need to fix it! Any help? Can't replace parts. I need emergent help!

    Startup Repair

Do you have a Windows 7 DVD?
If so, can you boot from it and run the "Startup Repair"?

My usual method for repairing boot problems, is to re-image my PC using my backup HDD images.
It's much faster than trying to diagnose and fix the problem.

You might have to wait for one of the Boot Problem experts to drop in.
    Sorry.

No, It came without a Windows Disk, Windows was pre-installed.
Darn it, i don't know what i can do.
I'll probably have to wait three years for my own.
    Thanks, anyway.

    My Digital Life

If you can access a friend's PC, you can download a Windows 7 disc from "My Digital Life".

See this comment (and read the related tutorial):

The system seems to boot to some kind of recovery environment. Maybe it's WINRE that's starting. Or maybe the ACER RECOVERY stuff.

Make a system repair disk and boot from it. System Repair Disc - Create try startup repair.

Also important thing I want to know is if advanced boot options are shown?
    Advanced Boot Options

Do you see "repair your computer" as an option? Do you see "safe mode" as an option?
Try "repair your computer" ... does that act the same as you describes in original post?
"safe mode" try it.... what happens?

We just try to investigate what strange thing is booting now. And why it doesn't boot normally.

We try to repair that... most likely using startup repair.

We don't touch any drivers or software. So bluetooth will be working as before
