Massive list of unknown, network system processes running on my PC?
I just ran speccy on my pc to help out with a problem I'm having, and noticed this massive list of running network processes under my network adapter. What are they, and should I be concerned?
Note I am not signed up to amazon aws cloud storage, or any such websites, so to see them listed on my pc under network adapter, system processes has me concerned.System Process

Here is the full link to my speccy results, in case it helps!
So please, can someone shed some light on what these are? Trojans? My pc is part of a shared cloud network somehow? If so, how do I turn them off!
