Transfering language bar settings to new machine

I have set up my language bar in a certain way (see attached screenshot).

When working on different Windows 7 machines, I would like to set it up in the same way.

Do I always have to configure the language bar manually, or is there a way to automate it?

For instance, if I all the language bar settings are stored in the registry (which I consider likely), and I know which registry keys are involved, I could export just those keys and import them on each new host.

You have two input languages, the other one (Japanese) using IME.

The easiest and fastest way would be to go to language settings on a new computer, enable German and Japanese input languages and also select Japanese IME.

Takes 30 to 40 seconds, involves no registry editing.
