How large will WIN7 be after some ServicePack?

    I mean the final size...like WIN7 SP3 or WIN7 SP4
    (x64)
Will 20GB disc space be enough?

Don't know what system your using but 20 gig should be enough for the op system but won't leave any thing for programs. If you let us know more about what you trying to do and fill out your system specs you may get more responses.

Yeah,I guess I won't install a lot of programs, maybe not even photoshop,so programs shouldn't take too much space.

There is little need to worry about running out of disc space in a year or so, consider the fact that you'll likely have upgraded your hard drive by that time.

I do not think Windows 7 will ever make it to Service Pack 2 or 3 honestly, its stable and fast as it is. Maybe Service Pack 1 (that is a bit maybe).

Since then 20gb will be enough...
The 8.6 gb size surprised me when I disabled pagefile, etc.
Normally how large will a SP be after install?(not the setup.exe) 1.5 gb?

Well I'm on Vista Ultimate (64-bit) SP2 at the moment, and its used 20gb of my partition so far. Its for the most part a brand new install (aside from a hundred MB worth of updates)

    If that helps. =P
