how to disable windows built-in keyboard shortcuts?

In Excel the alt+= is the autosum keyboard short.
I have a korean version of windows 7,
in the version the alt+= is assigned for toggling half-width charactor and full-width charactor.
that's why I can't use autosom keyboard short in Excel.

I want to disable the alt+= keyboard short in the OS level.

the problem is OS-specific. so if you are not using korean or japanese version of windows, you might not experience that problem.

    thank you.

It looks to me like this is a Microsoft Excel keyboard shortcut, and I've never known Excel to allow for its keyboard shortcuts to be customized or disabled.

You can disable all keyboard shortcuts, but that's it. Here's how:

Windows Key Shortcuts - Enable or Disable

       Note

Windows 7 Starter, Home Basic, and Home Premium does not have the Group Policy Editor.
