    Am downloading that driver now. What does it do and will it help with my Wireless problem?

    For the wifi card test this out

    Remove Old Drivers After Upgrading to New Hardware

       Note
    substitute the USB for your Wifi card

    So the driver for the power management worked fine.

    However, after following the steps the link you posted, and reinstalling with the Atheros drivers, still no luck.

    Device Manager still says "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

    The card is done isn't it?

    How about if you try installing the driver Driver Install - Device Manager or this way Driver Install - Add Hardware Wizard

    I have already tried the steps in the first link and it didn't work. I will try the second one tomorrow as I have to do a few things before the night is over. Thanks for your help!
