Computer goes to sleep when not set to.

When ever my computer is idle for a while i think 45 mins, it goes to sleep for some reason. I've changed the power settings to never turn off the display or put the computer to sleep. When its about to go to sleep it changes my color scheme to basic and then like 5 secs later it goes to sleep.

I would like to set the sleep option for my laptop when on commercial power. I need to know what determines the state in which the computer thinks it's okay to commence sleep.
