Windows disk management inbuilt tools i believe will only let you extend to space directly next to the desired partition if you want to add the unallocated space to C you will need to use 3rd party software like partition magic
Hello sonu and welcome to Seven Forums.
I think you should take a look at a free utility called MiniTool Partition Wizard. It has a feature called "Extend Partition" that can take unallocated space from any where on the hard drive (in your situation that would be Drive 0) and assign it to a specific partition. It can also take available free space from any other partition and move it to your C: partition.
According to your attached disk manangement, you have two blocks of unallocated space; one of 101MB and the other 39.06GB. So you could increase the C: partition by this amount without even touching the other partitions. But if you need more space, Partition Wizard will let you move some (or all if that's what you desire) from D, E and F partitions. Watch the included video to see how Partition Wizard's "Extend Partition" works.

EDIT: Sorry Pauly. We were typing at the same time.
Use the Partition Wizard boot disk following Lee's suggestion to use Extend to gather as much space from the other partitions or Unallocated Space as you want into C.
This works great, but you need the boot disk to be safest and even then need to back up your files and a Win7 backup image first.
