Manage not working

    i have same problem with MANAGE in first day i instal w7 manage is ok no problem but in secon day manage won't open i don't know whay?????

    Very probably because you installed one or more software components that included add-ons which are misbehaving. If you can remember what you installed between Day1 and Day2, try uninstalling whatever it was as a test.

    just fyi, guys: i removed one by one all the programs i had installed that came with context-menus and tested both manage and backup after each uninstall. turns out it was quicksfv that did the trick for me, in the end. winrar, winamp, and vlc seemed to be ok.

    I am having the same problem, right-click on computer on the desktop doesn't work. I haven't installed any software since installing Windows 7 so that can't be the problem. Windows 7 RC had the same bug. Any suggestions?

    If it occurred for you in RC then it is most likely some setting or tweak you are making.

    Run sfc /scannow to check integrity of system files.

    Was it working at any time since install? If so, can you System Restore to before that point?

    If not, I would then run Repair Install

    Is right clicking computer then clicking manage the same thing as clicking
    the start button then clicking administrative tools?
