    Computer suddenly started "not responding"

My computer suddenly last week started "not responding" on everything. Skype, Chrome, MF, IE etc. Tried some things i saw here ( clean up my disc space, degrag etc) but none of them worked. What it seemed to work was combofix which it only managed to make my computer go a bit faster, stop the not responding issue every 30seconds (still having that). Now i can open IE and Skype. Although, almost every other action it will either not start, or will not respond. It keeps on going slow, and not responding on many things.
Additional info: I deleted almost 100GB of useless things on my computer, runned Ccleaner, defrag, runned combofix twice.
PC info: Already followed this guide.

Any idea of what is going and how i could probably fix it?
If you need any other information just let me know.

Hello Vkal and welcome to the forums.. first of all, you should never run combo fix unless directed by an expert. However. since you have already done this, best thing to start out with is free malwarebytes.. It is an antimalware program that will not conflict with your antivirus.. just to be sure.. Use Free versions : Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer
If you show no issues by running a Full scan with updated data base.. then we may want to try a System File Checker . to see if you have missing or corrupt files.. : SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Usually if you find any integrity violations. run it 3 to 5 times. witha reboot after each one..
    Please post back results ..
