You can try making WDO CD or stick or one of the other free bootable AV's in the Troubleshooting steps on the PC in question, if necessary in Safe Mode with networking.

If you can't do that, can you boot in safe mode and run your anti-virus from there? Or restore to an earlier point?
Am going to try this now.
It won't let me restore to an earlier point as my anti virus software is stopping it but I can't open my anti virus software programme to allow it, catch 22!
How do you re-boot in safe mode?

Your system is severely infected.

To boot into Safe mode, hold F8 while your system is booting (just after powering it on). Select "Safe Mode" and hit Enter.
