0 Byte file "Does Not Exist Cannot Be Deleted" How can I delete it???

I have some files on my harddrive that say they do not exist when i try to delete them. There are 4 files all of which are0 bytes and say they "do not exist" when I try to delete them. I have tried "AVG Shredder" and "Deletedr" but these files just will not delete... I have also tried using command prompt and manually deleting them... Here is a picture of me trying to delete 2 of the problem files: PICTURE#1

Please note the files are not locked or have any security issues associated with them. These files are just bugged and refuse to delete so please reply thank you.

Did you restart your system after you encountered these "non-existing" files? Windows explorer sometimes shows files that once existed but don't currently exist. I've seen many such instances. Usually, restarting solves the problem for me. Maybe it's a bug?

Have you tried this? After you've rebooted of course, as suggested by nilank. Just click on the link for a tutorial.
