Change Date Format for multiple Users

That verison of windows does not have group policy

So how can I change the other users date formats?

Where did you recieve the message "contact administrator"

I solved it. I just made everyone an administrator, changed the date format and then changed them back to a standard user. It worked just fine. Not sure why I didn't think of it before LOL!! THANK YOU very much for all of your help! I appreciate it very much!

Oh ok. I didnt know you had access to the other accounts. That would of saved time :) anyways glad it is sorted
