Visuals not on laptop

just installed 7 on my laptop.

I am not seeing the window "thumbnail previews" when I mouseover open items in the task bar.. All I see is black blocks that pop up with the name of the open windows, no live preview?? where is this option to turn on?

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1

Is it Aero capable and is it enabled? Post a screenshot of what it looks like. Have you run the WEI assessment yet? Do you have these checked. Control Panel-Performance Info and Tools-Adjust Visual Effects.
