When I first took my ACER out of sleep yesterday morning, I was at the Desktop. I had been in gmail and on another website when I retired the evening before. A message was on my Desktop informing me that my system had been restarted to prevent problems (did not make a copy of the exact wording). I clicked the link indicated to show details of the reason for the restart, below:

I had not experienced any problems with my system prior to going to bed, so I was taken by surprise.
Everything seems to be working fine now, so can someone help me figure out why the above happened and what I can or should do about it?
BTW, I had a reply from WindowsSevenForums in my e-mail this morning, but I had never posted a question!! How could that happen? Seems too difficult to believe that it was just a coincidence considering the reason for posting this issue!!??
Thanks!
