How do I check what have been changed?

Hi yesterday I was trying to watch a video using real alternate and the video become full screen I tried to exit it by pressing alt enter but nothing happened. Pressing esc also doesn't do anything so I panic and press ctrl shift esc. The task manager does show up behind the video meaning it did appear but I can not view it because the full screen blocked everything I didn't realize this was the case so I ended up right clicking and left clicking all over the place, pressing ctrl f and ctrl v and some how managed to get out of the full screen.

When I finally exited real alternate I realized that my task manager is on. I fear that it is actually possible that I might have click on the task manager thing while in the full screen mode. I stupidly tried to remake the previous problem without know how to exit the full screen. However I realize that it is possible to end up opening other programs and setting their thing while the full screen blocked your view. In other word it means that while I panic and click and press the keys some programs and stuff have been open but I do not know what I have accidentally pressed as the full screen blocked your view.

The next day when I on the laptop HP quick launch appear and said I have set it to appear to remind me to do something. Now I am worried, what other stuff have I set, is there any way to check what have I done?

If you have an HP I would try to get a grip on the worst load of bloatware in the industry which smothers Win7. Clean Up Factory Bloatware

Most tech enthusiasts won't even run such an install but prefer to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

I don't think you did anything serious like deleting/modifying data. There's no way to tell. Pressing Alt+Tab might help while you are stuck like this.

And Greg was explaining you how to get rid of useless HP software on your system and you must follow his advice to make your system faster and better. Dont worry about the settings much if you dont see any unexpected behaviour.

I know it's hard to tell and very very unreasonable of me to expect it but I was wondering if anyone know of anything I should check to ensure that security is not jeopardizes and data is not affect. Or in this situation data is not affected?
