    Folder renamed and vanished

Hi, I had a folder named "167". I changed it to "167..." to remind myself there were other folders between that number and the next that I still needed to collect. When I off-clicked into the window after renaming it the folder disappeared. I used the search bar and visually searched through the folder, both with show hidden folders on, but without success. Any information on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I don't believe using extra periods is the proper way of changing the name of a folder. Other than just doing a search folder and going through all of them I don't know of a way of finding that folder.

Dumb question, did you press Enter after you renamed it.
