    Windows Explorer Crashes when looking at Programs and features


    This only happens sometimes not every boot but when I select the uninstall a program link in the control panel after about a minute it crashes saying windows explorer has crashed and needs to restart ive done an anti virus scan with Microsoft security essentials and malwarebytes anti mall-ware and it came up clean note this also happens in safe mode and I have also did anti virus scans in safe mode and that was clean also and yes I do have the latest updates and drivers available so here is the crash report.

when going to programs and features i find that my programs do not populate. is there another way to uninstall programs besides in programs and features? also, is there a setting in the program that I need to correct? i am new to this problem and would appreate your help. thanks heyshaker
