On the FAQ for that site it says you are eligable for either home premium or professional.

If they are both the same price of $30 then get professional. I got windows 7 professional for $19 (deal now expired) and its definitely worth that. For $30 its worth it.

If you are happy with Vista in terms of performance and system stability, there is no need to switch to Win7 at this time. On a "modest" system, Win7 would perform better because it has a smaller footprint than Vista and the processing has been optimized. I run both Vista and Win7 and have no preference yet (Vista runs on a Quad with 4GBs of RAM). That may change when I install Win7 next month on my SSD (because of the advantage with native Trim support in Win7).

Vista works well since SP1, but, Win7 works even better at the Release Candidate level. It feels more polished and gives the impression that it has been properly tuned.

Deffinately purchase Win7. I have 3 copies of Home Premium purchased at $49 and count myself lucky. Would do almost anythig to get copies of Pro for $30 each.
