Windows 7 spinning circle at windows startup/log off stuck

    Hi all

I have a problem with the spinning circle at windows startup/log off .. It’s just spins once and then it stops until the windows finishes to logon/shut down. It haven't been like that before I used office toolkit to crack microsoft office 2010 and before my psu died .. Tried to uninstall microsoft office 2010 and the toolkit and leftovers and tried to restore my windows to older check point but unfortunately the last restore check point i got there is after I installed microsoft office 2010 and the toolkit .. By the way I don't think the cause of the problem is the faulty psu since I took my brother's psu to check this issue and it happens too .. in addition, I tried to clean registry errors and problems with ccleaner and tuneup utilities and it doesn't help ..

And one more thing .. I have searched on the net before posting here and found that touchpad driver can cause this but I don't have such a driver installed ..
