BTW can you boot succesfully to "safe mode"? Or EXACT same problem... it enters recovery mode immediately. No visible signs that it tries to boot to safe mode at all?

I am summarizing all the things again:
    1. I asked PW to extend my D: drive and take the free space from C:
    2. PW said that the task will be completed after a reboot because C: is being used right now.
    3. I rebooted. PW started doing the extension in a low resolution windows (I don't remember exactly if it was after the formation of the Windows 7 logo or after)
    4. Windows started normally after the job was completed successfully.
    5. Windows were opening in Windows Classic theme so I rebooted.
    6. This time instead of booting in Windows, Windows Startup Repair started.
    7. It was unable to diagnose the problem.
    I know.

I did the Startup Repair again but the Startup repair is unable to recognize the problem. I am getting all error codes as 0x0 and finally the statement "Startup Repair has tried several times but still cannot determine the cause of the problem."
After startup repair you see recovery options like system restore, command prompt? If so select "command prompt" then

    Code:
    diskpart
    list vol
    exit
What volumes do you see (don't list the dvd drives)?
Give the size of each volumes as well. Are these all volumes you normally see in windows explorer? Look at the sizes and labels. Drive letters can be different as in running win7.
    I see:
    Disk 0 Online 465 GB 0 B

Oh, now I am screwed I think

I asked you to list the volumes! No volumes at all?

    Code:
    diskpart
    select disk 0
    list part
    exit
Tell me the partitions and the size.

    After running LIST PARTITION:
    Partition 1 Primary 100MB 1024KB
    Partition 2 Primary 71GB 101MB
    Partition 0 Extended 394GB 71GB
    Partition 3 Logical 383GB 71GB
    Partition 4 Logical 10GB 455GB
I assume PW didn't complete the task successfully.

    Code:
    diskpart
    select disk 0
    select part 1
detail part (is it ACTIVE)? what drive letter?
    select part 2
detail part (what drive letter? this is win7 partition?)
    exit
Did you shrink partition 2 and extend partition 3?

Give drive letters for part 3 and 4 as well. All partitions are healthy? All are NTFS? (skip partition 0, it's a container partition that holds the logical partitions)

    [Part 1 - Not Active

    [Part 2 - Active
    Drive Letter C]
Yes, I shrunk Partition 2 and extended Partition 3

So Partition 2 Primary 71GB 101MB is ACTIVE?? Very sure?
Why do you have a 100MB partition that is normally used for bootmanager and bootmenu? It isn't used at all, because the 71GB partition is active. Not a problem btw.
