    How To Make Maintenance Shortcuts

I know for a sure fact that Diagnostics Troubleshooting Wizard is in "C:\Windows\System32\msdt.exe", but if I wanted to create a shortcut for my desktop for a specific troubleshoot (mine is run maintenance tasks) and actually the shortcut works, how do I make such a shortcut?

    Any Ideas?

    Hello Mcbeat,

If you like, I already have shortcuts created for all of the default troubleshooters. You could look under "Troubleshoot....." in the tutorial index below for a list of them, and click on the link for the one you would like. The tutorial will give you an option to download a ready made shortcut of it, or show you how to manually create one.

    Hope this helps, :)

I am trying to find a specific one from the d.t.w. and I cannot find it since you gave me potentially a really long list.
