They a few bucks cheaper at Tiger than at Newegg. But then as a FL resident, I would have to pay sales tax. Then it's a wash.

They told me to go with the higher latency #s so this is it.

That is correct. Especially the CAS latency counts - that is the first of the 4 nums.
