Bios update help

    ok so i was able to update ,my BIOS, thanks alot!! i appreciate all the help you gave. but unforuntely the audio and video was still stuttering, but i did find a solution. i just pressed the START button, typed msconfig hit enter

    went to services and selected to hide all microsoft services, untill 3rd party applications/addons were only ones showing then i selected disable all hit enter, restarted my computer, then it took me to a alternate account, so i just restarted again and signed in, and vola' i checked my audio and vdeo and both stopped stuttering and that seemed to fix the problem, so my problem is in the 3rd party apps and add ons, i'll have to fish out manually. but thanks again, for all your help and time. -AGE now i get to work on my music, when you get a chance check it out, at soundcloud.com/a-genre-evolved thanks again bud
