    Can't get new folder

When I ask for new folder under any area (like My Documents). It does not appear. When I asked for new Library under libraries a new library comes up.

I can't believe How this software keeps doing odd things.

    Thanks
    Bud

    Hello Bud,

If you mean that "Folder" is no longer listed in the "New" context menu, then you might see if using step 5 in the tutorial below can restore it for you.
If you mean that after you click on New -> Folder that you do not get a new folder, then see if refreshing the window (F5) will have the new folder display afterwards. If not, then see if downloading and merging the .reg file for the listed folder option in the tutorial below may help afterwards.
    Hope this helps, :)

I mean when I click on new folder. I tried (F5) and it did NOT show up.

I am sorry but I did not understand the Tutorials thing. Am I looking for a perticular tutor?

You would click on the tutorial link in my post above to go to it, and then be able to download and merge the .reg file for the listed folder option in the tutorial. It'll restore the default associations for folders, and hopefully fix this for you as well. :)
