Switching over from Win 8 to Win 7

I've had enough of "getting used to" Win 8. I am going to instal Win 7 and get 8 off my laptop. The question is whether to go with Windows 7 Professional SP1 64bit (OEM) System Builder DVD 1 Pack (Software) or Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64bit (OEM) System Builder DVD 1 Pack.
I am not a builder, just an end user. I have read where someone had trouble when he installed 7 over 8 but used the home edition and when he changed out the hard disc it wouldn't let him reinstall 7. I don't mind paying the extra if its needed but I do not want a lot of extra gear meant for system builders.
Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated.
    Thanks....

Hiya pal and welcome to the forums ...

OEM is intended for pre-installation on a new personal computer for resale.

Use of this OEM System Builder Channel software is subject to the terms of the Microsoft OEM System Builder License. This software is intended for pre-installation on a new personal computer for resale. This OEM System Builder Channel software requires the assembler to provide end user support for the Windows software and cannot be transferred to another computer once it is installed. To acquire Windows software with support provided by Microsoft please see our full package "Retail" product offerings.
But here's the comparison between the different versions

You should get retail, you`d get a year of support with Microsoft.
