Stuck In start up repair loop command prompt does not accept cmd
So here the length of it, to start I have a Sony Vaio running windows 7 home prem x64bit. so to the issue I was tinkering around with some customization stuff like load screen boot screen animation and system icons stuff like that I ended up installing windows crystal (just a shiny windows 7 over haul from what I understood) I didnt end up liking it so I want to get rid of it couldnt figure out how so I used the repair disc the computer made me make thinking it was a restore all type thing im guessing i was wrong because Im now stuck in the start up repair loop been there for 2 days non stop I read other post of similar issues and found the only one i could do was the command prompt option of disabling it since i didnt make a windows back up disc (thought that was what the recovery disc was) so I entered the bcdedit/set{default}recoveryenabled no and the response was "is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. if any one has any ideas im open to the help at this point. my only other idea is to run a windows xp disc and use the microsoft cert code i have to upgrade to windows 7 again but i dont know if that would work or not any insight would be great and if i do have to do that does anyone know where to get the vaio specific drivers that i would be losing.
thank you in advance
I understand I was less then intelligent about what i was doing but I figured the best way to learn how to do this stuff was just to do it and suffer the aftermath.
